Flower petals rained down amongst us as the hamster armoured brigade crested the hill, mowing down all the flowers before it. Their commander, an experienced warrior of the Under The Sofa War, was in the vanguard..cheeks full of grenades and fist raised to the sky. His eyes were a deep black and reflected the sunrise like a bottomless lake of hatred. No words were spoken, but we looked at each other and knew this would be the final battle..”
